Francis Coleman story is found in the “History Book of Township of
Stanley 1936-1986” on page 387
Thomas Carr according to the 1901 Ontario census, immigrated in 1881 and became a
cattleman. This was probably his immigration voyage
James Cochrane, is my great grandfather and his story can be found in
the book “Hay Township Highlights
1846-1996” on page 338
Thomas Sturgeon story can be found in the “Hay Township Highlights
1846-1996 on page 628, he died in 1885.
